RAM TRX Mammoth Debuts Overland Edition

Now it’s back with the Overland Edition of the wild pickup, which comes with a hard-shell rooftop tent from Nimbus that can be set up in minutes.

Hennessey Performance will throw in a retractable awning and an eight-gallon water tank on the bed rack, along with dual auxiliary fuel tanks.

The most useful items will be those that improve the truck’s silly fuel economy, which stands at 12 miles per gallon in the combined cycle before Hennessey takes it to four-digit horsepower.

The tuner also throws in a 28-inch splitting axe, a shovel, and a ladder to make it easier to access the tent and the other newly added items.

Hennessey believes customers opting for this package will also choose the stage 2 off-road kit with meaty 37-inch tires, beefier bumpers, and other upgrades.

The Mammoth is a high-performance truck that delivers 1,012 horsepower and 969 pound-feet of torque, making it a veritable beast on the road.

It is equipped with Hennessey’s 2.65-liter supercharger to deliver Bugatti Veyron levels of horsepower.
